About the Job

• Assembly and bonding of ceramic components, such as washbasins, steps and furniture elements.
• Support in the assembly of ceramic kitchens, surfaces, countertops and bespoke projects.
• Carrying out finishing and touch-up work on products.
• Application of adhesives, silicones and resins.
• Use of manual and power tools following established procedures and after receiving the relevant training.
• Interpretation of measurements, instructions and technical drawings.
• Visual and dimensional inspection of components and finished products.
• Identification and reporting of potential defects or incidents.
• Maintaining order and safety standards in the workplace.
• Working closely with the rest of the production team throughout the different stages of the process.

About the Candidate

• Initial experience in ceramics, marble, carpentry, assembly or similar sectors.
• Good manual skills and an interest in technical work and customized products.
• Ability to understand measurements, instructions and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, precision and a strong focus on finishing quality.
• Motivation and willingness to learn.
• Responsibility, punctuality and commitment to the job.
• Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform different tasks within the department.
• Practical or technical training related to the position will be highly valued.
• A portfolio of completed work will be required.
