Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion
London | Fixed-Term Contract (2–3 months) | Part-time | Corner HN - Immediate Start
Join a globally recognised luxury fashion house and become part of the sales team at a corner located within a leading department store in London. Your role will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing personalised service, product advice, and support with the presentation and day-to-day operations of the sales space.
About the Job
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, personalised and professional approach.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, adapting to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering a premium client experience.
- Maintain the corner to an impeccable standard, in line with the brand’s guidelines.
- Assist with stock management and replenishment.
- Process sales transactions and support with day-to-day operational tasks.
About the Candidate
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within fashion.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and delivering a high-end client experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends, with an initial contract duration of 2–3 months.
