In July, some of our Pyou colleagues from the UK and Pyou Brazil attended the annual Convention of our Group in Bologna. This year’s Convention was extraordinary because it celebrated the first 25 years of activity of Lavoropiù SpA, and it was the first one after two years of forced absence due to the pandemic.
ID:Day25 is the name chosen for the occasion, which refers to the central theme of all the events held during the Convention: our #identity . Two days to further recognize the values and principles that have guided our actions for these 25 years. We talked about business models, green commitment, inclusiveness, sport, culture, and brand reputation through testimonies of colleagues and special guests.
The Pyou colleagues arrived for a special Tour four days before the Convention’s weekend. They had the chance to visit Lavoropiù Group’s headquarters and our operative branches in Bologna. They also participated in meetings explicitly organized to bring together the Italian and the foreign Sales and Recruiting forces. It was a fantastic opportunity for the British and Brazilian Pyou members to meet each other in person and get to know their Italian colleagues. They shared valuable human and professional exchange days.
These days made clear that cultural and linguistic differences and geographical distance do not prevent us from recognizing ourselves in a common identity. An identity based on shared values, passion, commitment, and expertise.
At the Convention, we officially announced our international expansion plan. Pyou is growing quickly, and our team is increasing in branches and colleagues: we couldn’t be happier.
Thanks to this event, we got to know each other and the Company better. We are proud to say that it was a success!
