Industrial Project Engineer
About the Company
Pyou, an international brand of the Lavoropiù Group, an Italian company specialized in Human Resources, is looking for an Industrial Project Engineer for a multinational company in the industrial agri-food sector.
We are seeking a versatile technical profile with an interest in comprehensive management of industrial projects, process optimization, and construction management for new installations on farms. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conceptualization to commissioning, working closely with engineering, purchasing, quality, maintenance, and HSE teams, as well as suppliers and other group plants.
About the Job
- Analyze the technical feasibility of new locations and processes.
- Define and develop technical solutions applied to industrial projects.
- Propose improvements in manufacturing processes, optimizing resources and reducing costs.
- Define project scope, schedule, deadlines, and costs.
- Prepare project and construction tenders, draft projects, and supervise their approval.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams during project design and execution.
- Monitor technical and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise construction work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Legalize and commission facilities once constructed.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the quality of supplied products.
- Maintain an updated list of materials, suppliers, purchase prices, and associated documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and their application in all projects.
About the Candidate
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the agri-food or industrial installations sector.
- Knowledge of project planning, construction management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to define and optimize processes, as well as manage costs and suppliers.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
