About the Company
Pyou, an international brand of the Lavoropiù Group, an Italian company specialised in Human Resources, is recruiting a Global Retail Director for one of our clients, a leading international company in the fashion and footwear retail sector, specialised in the design, manufacturing and commercialisation of premium products, with a strong international presence.
We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented profile with extensive experience in retail, capable of defining, leading and developing the global retail channel strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring sustainable growth, business profitability and a consistent, excellent customer experience across all markets, working in close collaboration with General Management and the different corporate departments.
About the Job
- Define, implement and execute the global retail strategy (own stores, franchises and outlets).
- Lead the international expansion of the group’s brands, coordinating the various departments involved.
- Define and oversee the commercial and purchasing policy of the retail channel.
- Establish global KPIs (sales, profitability, margin, conversion, traffic, etc.) and continuous improvement plans.
- Oversee the global performance of stores, analysing results by region and optimising resources.
- Control and manage the retail channel P&L.
- Optimise operational processes, service standards and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on commercial activation plans and visual merchandising actions.
- Lead international teams, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
- Drive digital transformation and omnichannel development within the retail channel.
About the Candidate
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- MBA or training in fashion business management will be valued.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in positions of responsibility within the retail sector, preferably fashion or footwear.
- Experience in commercial strategy, expansion and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- High analytical capacity, strategic vision and results orientation.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
