• Management and development of the assigned market (Spain and Portugal), with a primary focus on the food industry, especially the meat and ingredients sectors.
• Active prospecting of potential clients and development of new business opportunities.
• Maintenance of commercial relationships with existing clients, providing technical and commercial follow-up.
• Presentation of technical solutions in a structured and professional manner, advising on ingredient applications and food technologies.
• Participation in trade fairs, events, and industry demonstrations at both national and international levels.
• Collection of market information and competitor analysis.
• Continuous coordination with technical, sales, and after-sales teams.
• Regular reporting to the commercial management on results, activities, and opportunities.
• Monitoring of commercial performance indicators and achievement of sales targets.
• Advising on product development and tailored commercial proposals.

About the Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry, preferably in the meat or ingredients sector.
• MANDATORY technical knowledge of functional ingredients or technological solutions for the food industry.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese or French will be considered a plus.
• Strong ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical solutions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel more than 50% of the time, mainly within Spain and Portugal.
