Responsibilities:

• Assembly and maintenance of water installations in luxury homes.
• Installation of meters, pipes, thermostatic valves, and other plumbing elements.
• Application of soft and hard soldering in residential and industrial environments.
• Detection and repair of faults in plumbing systems.
• Work with complex systems such as fire protection installations, sprinklers, fire hydrants, multilayer and polypropylene pipes, thermofusion welding systems, drains, etc.
• Planning and management of materials and technical resources needed to carry out installations.

About the Candidate

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in high-end residential settings.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (8 or 20 hours), ideally with plumbing or HVAC specialization.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (essential to access the different work sites).
• Additional training in mechanics, electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, or general maintenance will be valued.
• Valuable professional certifications: RITE, Fluorinated Gases, Welding.
• Independent, organized, responsible person with teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Usual residence in Ibiza.
