- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an excellent and personalised in-store experience at all times.
- Actively sell on the shop floor, delivering the brand’s selling ceremony and maximising sales opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, increasing conversion rates and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth product and brand knowledge, staying up to date with the luxury market and competitors.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs.
- Support visual merchandising activities, ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand’s identity and standards.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations when required.
About the Candidate
- Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within the premium or luxury fashion sector.
- Strong passion for fashion and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven sales skills and ability to engage and connect with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in Croatian and English.
